At Dunas de Doñana, we offer a variety of accommodation options designed to suit your preferences and budget. We have everything from spacious studios to family apartments with private terraces, as well as two-bedroom apartments ideal for groups or families. If you’re looking for an apartment with sea views, don’t hesitate to check availability and choose the one that best suits your needs.

All our studios and apartments include a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom with hairdryer, air conditioning, sofa bed, safe, television, fridge, and WiFi connection. In addition, you can request extra services at reception to make your stay even more comfortable and personalized.

Check-in time is from 2:00 p.m., and check-out must be completed before 12:00 p.m.

If you need more time, you can ask at reception (tel. 959 026 210) about our late check-out service, available until 8:00 p.m. for an additional cost of €25 (subject to availability).

Yes, our apartments include cleaning every 3 nights. Trash is collected daily, and towels are replaced if needed.
If you prefer more frequent service, additional cleaning can be requested at reception with the following rates:

- Studio: €15/day
- One-bedroom apartment: €15/day
- Two-bedroom apartment: €25/day

Our holiday complex in Matalascañas features two pools: one for adults and one for children, perfect for enjoying the sun and good weather. Both are located at the end of the main hallway and are open from 11:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. without interruption.

The buffet restaurant at our holiday apartments is open during the following hours:

- Breakfast: 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
- Lunch: 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Dinner: 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

If you’ve booked half board, you can choose between lunch or dinner when you check in—just let reception know.

Yes, during lunch and dinner services at our family-friendly hotel, drinks are included: beer, soft drinks, house wine, and water.

Our apartments are located right by the sea, just 100 meters from the amazing beach of Matalascañas.
